We are in the south coast of Spain...
Welcome to the ‘Costa del Sol’, which translates into english: ‘Coast of the Sun’.
International students arrive through Malaga or Gibraltar airport. There is less than one hour drive from both airports Institute thru the AP-7 motorway until San Pedro de Alcántara. You will observe the Mediterranean sea from the mountainside. Its a first experience of gaining awareness of the surrounding cities. It is also possible to access MiTEC thru the coastal road (N-340), which transits thru the coastal cities. This may result in a trip of about one hour, but you will save yourself from the motorway fee by diverting to the right after coming down the Mijas mountains. Follow the speed limits (usually 80km/h most of the trip). Before Marbella town, choose free motorway (AP-7) straight ahead or divert right to drive thru the town.
